  • Preorder items, when available, will include estimated shipping dates on their product page.

Shipping Rates

  • $6 Standard Shipping on all orders under $75

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $75 or more (U.S. only)

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing.
    Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control — but we’ll always make sure your order gets the love and attention it deserves.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is in the carrier’s care, it’s officially on its journey to you. If your package goes missing:

  • Investigations typically take up to 14 business days for resolution.

  • Contacting the carrier directly may help speed things along.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to support@shopiamluxuryaccessories.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
