The following are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping and return policy.


Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the U.S. for a flat rate of $8.
All domestic orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance.

Processing Time:
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

If your order includes a preorder item, your full order will ship once that item arrives. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page.

International Shipping:
Yes, we ship worldwide! Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times and customs fees may vary depending on the country.


Please Note:

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a $8 reship fee will apply.


Return + Exchange Policy

We want you to love your order — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you.

You have 10 days from your delivery date to request a return or exchange.

We offer:

  • Store credit

  • Exchanges for the same item or similar value
    (Items must be unused and in original packaging.)

Please note:

  • Refunds are not offered

  • Earrings are final sale (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items are also final sale
